Break Blade OVA

I came across this while searching for new anime to watch…it just came out in July so its still fairly new! The artwork and visuals are pretty stunning, especially the landscape and sky creation. One thing that caught my attention was the similarities to that of Escaflowne which isnt a bad thing, it was a childhood fave. As some of you may know I have a thing for Mecha anime so I def was into this!! The plot and character development is what kept me watching. The action was good which is always a plus when youre talking about Mecha anime…with out that its just robots moving on the screen lol I cant wait to see what the next episodes will bring to the table..so far so good in my book

I know I’m VERY late on posting this but hey…I do what I want!! lol As you can see Pokemon is back with a new…3D…game!!! I’m sure we all can remember when there were only 151 pokemon, then 251, but now I could’nt tell you how many there are! lol After watching the video I’ve provided below im convinced this might be a pretty cool game and if I had a DS I’d def go buy it! It seems a new Pokemon movie is on the way and I’m sure that will be the building blocks of the games story line and the pokemon featured in it!

P.S. Pokemon is the BEST RPG game…ever….

As you all should know by now I’m def a Gundam fan!! an Otaku (super anime fan) came into Zumiez yesterday and told me all about this new series…he told me they only release an episode to the net every 6 months but you can buy it on blu-ray. From what I’ve seen the character design reminds me of the older Gundam series, but the action is similar to that of 00…so its like a new old school thing going on…it starts off slow…just like any other Gundam series, but im sure it’ll pick up =) The Unicron Gundam looks kinda boring when its not in battle mode, but I’m sure it kicks a**

So Ive ALWAYS wanted to go to an anime
convention and ive finally found one close to my area!!!! ^_^ Its called Anime Overload….I mean with a name like that…how could I not attend? It’ll be held in Austin Tx (where i’ll be moving to in Aug) Aug 6th-8th! I’ll most deff take pics and stuff for you guys! I’m pretty stoked because I finish my summer semester Aug 2nd…what an awesome treat right? yipppppieeee!!!

Blood The Last Vampire Review

Plot/Summary: “The story is set in the American Yokota Air Base located in post-WWII Japan, a few months before the beginning of the Vietnam War. Its main protagonist is a girl named Saya, who hunts hematophagous bat-like creatures called chiropterans for a secret organization known as the Red Shield. The Creatures dwell in human bodies and show their true form when they feed…on human blood! They can only be killed when they are dealt a major blow that results in the loss of alot of blood.”

C.B TV’s Thoughts: I really Enjoyed this movie!! It has a dark, emo vibe to it that really compliments the theme and characters of the movie. At 1st i was like wtf is this? But then I realized this was Blood a part of the Blood plus series..this is what started it all! Im glad I got to catch this because it explains the series alot better. Did I mention this came on syfy! =O yeah thats right…on tv! It seems syfy is keeping good anime on tv! The title fits the movie well…because there was alot of blood and gore!! The art work was excellent! that was one of the reasons i really started paying attention to it when i passed it on tv, a must see!!!

C.B TV’s Thoughts-All I have to say is WATCH THIS MOVIE! From start to finish it is awesome! The music is dope, the plot is dope, heck the animation is stepped up on this movie also!!! There are many fight scenes to choose from, it didnt once bore me! This movie and the 1st Naruto Shippuden movie are my faves out of the 3. The lesson it teaches can be applied to every day life! “friends dont turn their back on each other”
